Last night Oldcatlady and I opened our mini quilts. What I received was absolutely gorgeous and done to perfection! The fireworks fabric she chose just "pops" and was a perfect choice to showcase this paper pieced star! The picture I took doesn't do it justice, this mini quilt is fabulous!!!

Just thought I would post a picture of the mini quilt I sent to Oldcatlady. I love both of those lil' minis! I can relate to the old cat lady too. I have that reputation in my neighborhood since I have 5 indoors and a colony of 10-15 outdoors kittys that I care for! And the fireworks star is way cool also! What is so neat about this swap is the interpretations of summer that everyone came up with. All unique and beautiful!
