The singer walking foot "penguin" as they are called is an exceptional find, they go for $600 - 800 alone!!

What a fabulous sale! Good thing I am on the East Coast now... some of the warehouse pieces are exquisite- scissors and even the jewelry.

Motherlode!! Obviously the estate of a sewing specialist! The penguin would have caused my heart to stop!

Wow, is all I can say. It's a good thing that I live so far away. As I scanned the pictures they took my breath away. What "wonderful" neighbors to have. Some sarcasm there. I wouldn't have enough money with me no matter how much I took. Where do you find ads for sales like this?

This terrifies me. I live so close to Emeryville ... 10-15 mins away ... and too new to the game to recognize values as some of you do!

I scurried through the pictures and did not notice any fabric. Can you imagine??? And where were her quilting books and magazines? I assume the owner of this cache died. How could she, she had not used up all of her collection.

It is my understanding that if one has fabrics left, she cannot go until it is all used up. Right? I will 125 by the time I use all of mine. Anyone with me?

I'd have felt like I died and went to heaven.
