Default Biscornu

Hope it is ok to ask this. I am looking for a pattern to make this shape of Biscornu. I love these little pin cushions and have made the other 2 traditional shapes. If anyone can help me out with this pattern... not the embroidery, but the shape. it would be appreciated.

So far I've only found this one that looks like yours, and indeed they have used squares, not diamonds as I thought too, but there are no instructions to put it together. It also seems to have pockets.

Isn't it made with just two squares, but sewn with one's corner matched to the other's midpoint of one side, and then so on, all the way around the outside? Then the shape is formed when it's stuffed, and can be emphasized with the wrapped floss.

It's such a cute shape!
