I just finished Linda Castillo’s latest book Shamed. It is a really good series about formerly Amish police chief Kate Burkholder and her investigations. If you haven’t read this series, I highly recommend it.

I've enjoyed that series of books.

I have both chronic insomnia and vision issues so at night I listen to audio books. In a typical week I go through 2-3 books so am always looking for new authors and series. It's unfair that I can listen so much faster than the authors can write

Not at all the same (other than a female police officer as the main character) I enjoyed the Constable Molly books by Vicki Delaney. Lighter than Burkholder books.

I've read a couple of her books also. Love the insight she gives us into the Amish community. I'll have to go to the bookstore and library to look for another. Thanks for reminding me about her novels.

Yep! She's one of my favorites also. I list to books on CDs when I'm quilting. Love 'em!

Good author. She also has a movie from at least one of her books.

Kate Burkholder! I have read all of them and am always looking for a new one or perhaps something I have missed.

I like to read “series books” in the order they were written. It does get a bit annoying when the library does not have the full series though......sigh.....
