Default Prairie Star Quilt Show Oct 9-10

Hello, quilters. The Prairie Star Quilters Guild of St. Charles, IL is holding their virtual quilt show October 9 -10. Normally this would be an in-person, show, but has been changed to a virtual show due to Covid 19. More than 200 quilts will be displayed, including:
  • Red/White Challenge quilts
  • Judged quilts
  • Bee quilts
  • Display quilts
"Admission" is free. Here is the link:

Ooo this sounds amazing! I have to say, as someone living in the UK with somewhat less access (usually) to quilt shows, this whole 'quilt show online' thing is absolutely magic... I really hope some of this is kept even once we're back to normal (or new normal, whatever that is). Perhaps shows could do an online version but charge a small fee? Not the same as seeing the quilts in person, but a whole lot better than nothing (for them too lol)

Thank you so much for the link. I can hardly wait. I love to go to quilt shows but with all that is happening in 2020 I don't get out much. Sure do miss seeing what other people do with their fabrics in making beautiful quilts and wall hangings.

Thank you for posting the link. This will be my first time to "attend' a quilt show.
