Identifying quilt pattern
Thanks for adding me to the board.
I have quilt that I can't identify the block pattern. It is a signature quilt. Any help in identifying the pattern will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This is an interesting variation—a square in a square block with a pieced center block to form the signature line. Could not find an exact duplicate but if you want to do it, PM me for the cutting instructions.

Here is an example of a quilt made from that block: https://cheryllynchquilts.blogspot.c...with-love.html
And here is a historical example: http://karenquilt.blogspot.com/2011/...ure-quilt.html

Welcome to the board!
Years ago many women made what they called Album quilts where everyone signed a block, usually embroidered in the center piece.
I find those old ones endearing. The names are outdated and many used "Mrs. Joe Blow" instead of Mary Blow- a sign of those times.
