LindaR;PE800 and I did not play well at all...my previous machine was a Brother 8500 and I loved that machine....the embroidery part quit working and I don'tknow why....something internal but still sewed really well.
Have you had the embroidery unit serviced? My Bro 3000 started skipping to a new area an inch away from the intended place and after servicing problem solved.
