Default Hobby Lobby question

On Monday of this week, I purchased $45 in fabric and did not receive the usual 30% off. Has Hobby Lobby discontinued this practice and if so, when? I still have the store sales ticket and my register receipt and wondering if I should go back and ask about a refund. With sales tax it's almost $15 that I'd be due.

I just did some googling and it seems they’ve changed a lot of their discount policies. For example, furniture is no longer always 30% off and the same is true for fabric. Some fabric is always 30% off, but only in some stores, and other fabric sometimes goes on sale. I guess we just have to watch their weekly ad more closely as well as the signs in the store.

They have yarn on sale or fabric. Watch ads. They changed when they no longer had 40% coupon.

HL no longer has 30% off fabric every day. They killed that along with the weekly 40% off coupon. You have to watch for the sales. I rarely shop there anymore because of this.

I have only been in a HL a couple times even though there is one about 6 miles from me. My sister is there all the time I wonder if she is aware of this change. I will let her know today.

I was told by one of the sales people in the store that fabric is on sale every other week.

It seems as though they do this with the "Sewology" products also. I downloaded the app and check the sales flyer on Sundays to be sure.

This was a big change. Our closest hobby lobby is 45 mins away and not close to our grocery shopping stores. I used to like to go in there because their fabric was always 30% off and the 40% coupon was just fun. Now I rarely and I mean rarely go in there. If we have time, I'll check on my phone for their latest ad and if fabric isn't on sale, we don't even stop in. But apparently, this new practice hasn't hurt them - its been going on for over a year.

I stopped shopping at HL years ago for just those reasons.
