Well this has been a good day here! After finishing the V blocks earlier today, I pressed fabric and cut "kits" for three kits. The fabric is pressed and ready to be cut for two more kits. That will be on the agenda for tomorrow as well as picking up and preparing for a couple By Annie classes. I'm starting to think someone sneaks in my room at night and messes it up . Now it's time for the Yankees' game (hopefully they do better tonight) and some handwork.

Default Proogress

Although not finished, progress toward the end. The ever present inspector is on the job and waiting for the next 8 BIG blocks to be put into place so she can rearrange them to her own preferences.

Wow, busy stitcher! Is there something different with that one burgundy block her paw is on to the left? Or is it folded?

Oh goodness, I did not even see that, Thumblebug. Here, Jack, where are you Jack? You have a job to do. Thank you so much for pointing out this error in my piecing. I would have hated to find in after it was quilted. Guess inspector was trying to point out the oops but I did not catch the message.

I am having a ridiculous amount of fun on this treadle Singer!! I’m making nine patch blocks with my birthday candies for Dad’s throw!

I have one small non quilt related project to finish (Hopefully tomorrow) and then it is 'condense the sewing room into half its original space' time. The old horrible pin eating carpet is leaving for good!! New flooring is waiting in our garage and the Dricore subfloor will be delivered by Wednesday.

We will do half the floor (about 20x12 feet), install cupboards, move the stash to the cupboards, move the furniture to the finished part and complete the project. I am so very excited!! I have waited more than 5 years for this!

I have gotten a decent number of FG done today, but have been pulled away for 2 trips to Menard's and one trip to the garden store. We were able to pick up our new lawn furniture today, but once we were home.... Well I love puzzles so I just had to assemble the table. Then it was time to start making the chili for dinner. I plan on continuing my stitching tonight and tomorrow after church.

Logcabin82 that is a nice treadle and cute blocks!
Teach nice blocks!
Ginger have fun in the revamped sewing room. I just hate when I have to move things in my room, but it's for a great cause.
Heather how did the Yankees do?

WMUTeach—cute quilt inspector and does her job well!

i got some organizing done in my room and laid out a couple By Annie projects so I know what hardware I need to buy.

Hopefully all of you were more productive than I was. I kept getting distracted by the tv 🙂

Raggiemom, put me into the distracted by the TV camp. At least, I did manage to do some slow stitching on my "forever" hexi project that I started this year.
