    ditto and also another shade of one of the colors already chosen.
    there is a darker green in there as well as a different pink/red.

    I'd go that route if you want to calm it down.
    Aqua would make it brighter...

    How/what you are using it in might determine the way to go. It seems to need a dark. I have used the stripe and put it with a darker burgandy rose and it worked very well. I also put it with a dark green and that was nice too.

    The green colour patch in your second pic is better, I agree with some black but then I'm obsessed with black! BUT it's hard to say exactly without knowing your pattern, therefore what proportion of each you plan using. :-D
