    Im so excited! There was a sewing machine there that I was eyeballing. A singer model 16 treadle. Um...model m322996. She is saving it for me...:-) Gonna go pick it up after lunch.

    What a GREAT birthday this is turning out to be!

    Lucky girl. That quilt is worth much more than you paid for it. I never find anything like that. It's a beautiful quilt and I hope you treasure it.

    I do I do! I'm going to store it until we get to our new house which wont be till next spring. I don't want anything to happen to it.

    When we move...it will be displayed ...in my sewing room!

    I know. I just talked to the grand daughter, she is selling me her grandma's model 16 treadle.

    I can't believe it. But each to their own I guess. Sad.
