    Actually I should have called it a comforter because it is just like one! I just love the fact that we saved the buttons over the many many years and the 2 grandkids enjoyed them so much! I shall treasure it always.
    I hope many people save and use their buttons in some such way. They can tell stories to us.

    The first quilt I made from a simple quilt pattern book called for sewing buttons on the top, which I did. I looks really good. Of course there were not as many buttons as on this one and they were all the same.

    I loved this quilt the first time and I love it even more now. It is a sweet gentle idea.
