I got mine with the duckies and umbrellas! Seems like a good quality fabric. Green with blue large polka dots for the backing.
I'll get to it soon and I hope to make another to send with it.

What cute pictures. I love all my quilting helpers. I have a cat that sleeps on my lap while I sew. I love it. This is her with my new quilt kit. I swear she is smiling.

Dear kitty took the kit back. She loves it.

I wish I were not so backed up this year! I wonder if they take them all year round... I will look them up again after the new year has passed. I have several large projects for work that I must do before I can make anything else.... sigh. My holidays are always so hectic! I need a clone!!! A robotic me that can help me out!!

I also received my kit in record time.
Looking forward to putting it all together.
Not too sure how good the actual quilting will be!

Thanks for the link. I have signed up and am anxious to take a break from all the other quilting/gift making. I love to do charity quilts and will more than likely make a couple out of my stash :)....you know, there but for the grace of God go I..... Makes you think about how fortunate we are; even with our trials and tribulations :) :)
Again, thanks for the link and for sharing this information.

Littlehud, your cat looks like the Cheshire Cat in Alice in Wonderland! Look at that smile!

WOW - I signed up on Wednesday and my quilt kit arrived today, Friday. Directions are very explicit, everything cut and ready to sew. This will be my first experience at machine quilting and that will be a good experience for me.

I asked about requirements for starting a local group but they are a bit more demanding than I can commit to at this time. If anyone is interested, I can forward their letter. Just PM me if you are interested.

It's a quick and easy quilt to make. What my kids used to call "down and dirty". LOL
