Awe thanks Patti. I am hoping they are all going to be okay when I put them together as I just havenīt chosen any colours just picked them out of the box each time I had a block to make, Think we call that "Hobsonīs" choice, in other words pure luck if it all works out.

Thats kinda what I've been doing too Elle. I did try to lay all mine out to see if I had too much of a concentration of 1 background all in 1 place..but I'm not far enough in the quilt yet to tell. I'm wondering though..will you move a block if it doesn't look right in the "assigned" spot?

I did that with a couple of tris on the right side - figured that Jane wouldn't object!

I can just picture Jane up in the clouds having a great time watching all of us struggling, patting others on the back and being mesmerized by all the fancy gear being used to make them.

I agree Sarah...I just bet that even in her wildest dreams..Jane never would have thought her work would have garnered what it has...Wonder what will become of all of our quilts in the future?

I think thats about where I stand on moving blocks..I'm going to lay it out to see...but if there is one or two that need to be re-arranged..I'll do it. Jane will just have to "get over it"

I don't think Jane would mind if we added our own personal touch with arrangment of the blocks. I plan to lay mine out with her order, but I have no reservations about arrangment! I think Jane would be delighted that her quilt is so special to so many!

well, i was looking before i started work on this weeks. to see everyone's comments. yes, noticed and saw the triangles are a little big. i see that H-9 should be mirrored, if you are a purist.? it just jumped out at me, i think. unless i am wrong. but i looked at the quilt and saw the lighter tri on the left was on the bottom with the diamonds appliqued in. wonder how many i have done that were supposed to be mirrored up to this point and didn't catch it. caught the list of the mirrored ones, that someone started way early... also.
