Well, my school was closed on Wednesday. We were open on Thursday which was a scheduled 1/2 day for students due to professional defelopment. Only 40% of the students across the district showed up which means that the state won't count it as an instructional day. How do you like that one?

I think our school will be planning a Fourth of July party this year, cause we will most likely going to school then. We have been out 4 days this week and there is more snow headed our way.

I remember a year we used all our snow days, they added a Saturday make-up day and of course my mom made me go. Since not enough kids showed up it didn't count. Then they added a day at the end of the year and my mom made me go again! I was NOT a happy camper.

I remeber going to school on a couple Saturdays. They won't do that anymore. Now they just extend the school year by the number of days they missed. Who wants to sit in a class room why its summer time and you can go outside!?
