Texas! I love anything Texas or Texas-like on a fabric.
Longhorns
Bluebonnets
Rodeo
Cowboys
Cowgirls
Horses
Barbeque
etc.
etc.

Gotta have it.

Earth tones for me. Warm colors.

Looking at my stash, mostly floral, some checks, poka dots, kids patterns, but mostly floral in bright colors.

Definately florals but I love deep intense colors. If I want a light color it needs to be crisp and clean as I don't care for muddy colors. I love to mix things like florals and stripes or polka dots and plaids just to make things interesting.

Brights esp. TOT (makes for happy sewing)and fairly dark batiks (like the texture and juxtaposed with the brights). Hmmm, maybe I'm just a fabricholic!
