    Sometimes folks need something pretty to hang on the wall and sometimes they need something soft and warm to wrap up in when the world seems a little cold and dark and you are very small. I feel my best talent is for the latter not the former. So I don't make Art quilts, I make blankies.

    I made a nap quilt for my son-in-law...he had never had his own special "blankie" when he was a kid. So now he has one and he really does use it for Sunday afternoon naps...
