When I first saw it I thought "yes" so perfect for the new little one. I agree with someone previously that sait it can be used for a long time, not so babyish......just love it and perfect. Mayb the backing could be in blue kerchief material to match the front and b reversible, or blue and red mixed squares, use as reversible.......bandana mtl. I mean.....what u think????

I agree with lots of other quilters here, this quilt will be very appropriate for a baby boy and used well into young years. Love it.
