I think it should stay square as it will add to the geometric feel but I will put that out to Sazu.

Sazu - what would be your preference for your center? Stay squared or should I put it on point?

I like the idea of pinwheels, but I'm also happy for whatever. Part of the beauty of these RRs is to see what everyone does.
I hadn't really thought about it going on point either. Could be nice, but it depends if it fits with anyone's plan to do so. I don't mind what size it finishes as though.
Sorry - not being particularly helpful, but I really don't mind!

Sazu its great to hear from you. How did your trip go for you? I agree with Dragonfly the open to whatever is the wonderful part of RR. I have to say everyone in our group is amazing. Also I wanted to let you ladies know that Alikat was in a car accident spent some time in the hospital but she is back home and healing. Alikat if your reading this I hope you don't mind me telling the ladies I just thought you wouldn't mind the extra prayers. I look forward to seeing everyone's encouraging words in here.

Oh dear. Alikat, hope you get better soon. Thoughts and prayers are with you!

Yep, I'm now back from honeymoon, and had a great time. Over the 3 weeks we went from Pittsfield MA, Lebanon NH, Lake Winnipesaukee NH, Conway NH, Portland ME, Rockport MA, Hyannis MA and Boston MA. We saw lakes, mountains, coastlines, lighthouses, railways, sunrises, sunsets, quilt shops , and some wonderful fall foliage. It was amazing, and we had a wonderful time together

It sounds like you had a wonderful time Sazu and congratulations again. That is a lovely part of the US and the colors this time of year are stunning up there. Fall color change is one of the few things I miss about living up north as we don't see much down here on the coast.

Alikat - so sorry to hear about your accident. I hope that you are resting comfortably at home. Prayers for your swift and complete healing.

Nexxus - we have not seen a picture of your center yet. If someone will post one I can do a composite to show them all at once.

You are welcome Sazu - glad you like it. Maybe the next round added will also be geometric - I am thinking flying geese would be a neat addition at some point.
