I was feel'n rather low today... The little business who can't compete w/the big guys blues. Initially I had my spirits lift a wee bit by chit chat'n w/the ladies & gents in 'live chat'. Then I went for a walk in the rain - fresh air always lifts my spirits even if I get wet.

AND THEN my friend came knock'n on my door!!!! She had like 300 yds of fabric she just bought for a $1.00 yd and told me to take first pick! She said take what you want, as much as you want!!!!

I had planned on pay'n cash for what ever I chose, but she wanted to make a trade. She asked if she could have a bunch of those plastic fabric organizers that I wasn't using any more (like 70 of them) & e2e quilting on a small quilt. I would have given her the stupid organizers anyways, they were just collecting dust!

I picked out a 100 yds of fabric, plus she throws in some extra cause she didn't think I took enough!!!! I mean seriously! she lets me have 1st pick, take as much as I want, then throws in some more cause she didn't think I took enough!?! How cool is that!!!!

She's giddy w/happiness & so am I!!!!
