    Henry,
    Measure around your quilt and cut fabric for binding WOF at 2.5 inches. Sew strips together andadd at least another 15 inches so you will have extra for overlap.
    Fold binding in half lengthwise and iron. That's all there is to that. If you are going to finish in curves you will need to cut on the bias. There should be something on the board.

    the red was a great choice and your quilt is great! Next time tho I agree, you should make your own binding, you don't even need a tool. It is the most satisfying part of quilting ever.

    In the picture, the white binding looks a little off compared to the center and background white. If that's the case, I would use the red. Beautiful fall quilt!
