My cat does the same thing - isn't it amazing how they "protect" your pieces by laying on them so they don't go anywhere? Either that or tackle them and totally mess up your layout. Gotta love 'em.

Mine does the same thing. I love your kitty pictures. The one in the basket is precious.

I don't know which ones are prettier, the quilts or the kitty's. I love them all. :)

Your kitties are adorable!! They are inspecting your quilting to make sure it is up to their standards (which means soft, soft, soft!!!)They say if you want to know which is the most comfortable chair in the house, look for the one with the cat on it. Same is true with quilts!! I love the nap picture!!

They are just pre inspecting to make sure it is going to be comfortable!

Of course I stop for a minute and give them hugs. Also, the ironing board with my fabric on it is another favorite place.

Just wanted to show you them in action. I am a new quilter and this is my second post other than my introduction the other day....hope the pics come out. If they don't I will try again. Thank you for looking.
My kitten Misty does that all the time and she loves the ironing board. Having it beside my chair has kept her quiet after her encounter with a snake on Monday night. She is lucky to be still around. I now wait until she goes outside before trying any sewing.
