I often have this problem when I have worked on something so long that I am sick of it when I am through. Someone on the board years ago was wise enough to tell me to put it away for a while and then I would like it again. They were so right! But, since your daughter is in love with it, what a happy ending to a lovely quilt. It is hard to make something for family, and you have scored a real hit here. For both of you.

It is really a wonderful quilt, I am sure destined to be an family heirloom.

Stunning is my word for it! The pastel colors and design were made for each other. I'm glad your daughter claimed it, so you can keep seeing it even though it's not 'you.'
