I do not know yet when the surgery will be. I have been contemplating even having the surgery since I have been able to consistantly lose weight all of these months. It might take me a long time to do it but I am thinking I might be able to lose all the weight myself. We will see though.

Thank you Gwyn!

Another day where I am taking Missy's advice. It is ONLY 4:45pm I am calling it a day I am going to bed and I will pray I never wake up again.

That, Trupeach, is a terrible thing to say. There are people depending on you for things, and God has put you on this earth for a purpose. We don't know yet, but He does. I will pray that you wake up with a new outlook on life. Think of the 76 year old man in Arizona who laid on top of his wife and took a bullet for her and died right there. This is from our newspaper: "Dorwin Stoddard, 76. Dorwin Stoddard fell on top of his wife, Mavy, when the shooting started. Mavy Stoddard thought the shooting was fireworks in front of the supermarket, but Dorwin knew better and dove to the ground, covering his wife. Mavy Stoddard talked to her husband, who was shot in the head, for ten minutes while he breathed heavily. Then he stopped breathing." He is never going to wake up. And, he is a hero.

I'm down .8 pounds today! My official weigh in day. Not bad considering that we got snowed in, I couldn't get to the gym and did EA Sports Active for 2 days. Plus TOM (time of month) is on his way for a visit.

Me too. Weighed in Tues and gained another lb. Getting very discouraged. Did go grocery shopping today to get more veggies and fruit. We'll see how this week goes.

Trupeach, Don't say things like that. You are doing so well and you are so blessed. Yes, it's good sometimes to go to bed early but 4:45??? Come on, Tru, wake up, sweetie. We all love you and appreciate you.

I don't know if anyone is having the same problem, but I was on the thread yesterday and today I have one e-mail but I have to read 5 pages of thread???? How come??? Is it slow coming in or is it just me?

I am so sorry to hear so many are having problems. I just want to say I will pray for you all.

Here is a prime example of how something is sugar free but is sweetened with sucralose (which is Splenda). Sucralose is 600 times sweeter than sugar. People who are on sugar free diets can get hooked on the sweetness of this stuff easily. Oh well. Sorry for the rant.
