Bless you for sharing this with all of us. What a treasure your GD is! Your method of teaching her sounds wonderful and very helpful to all of us Grandmothers to do with our GD's. You are a very special lady!

What a cutie and her 2nd grade teacher will treasure it always. She did a wonderful job on her first quilt.

This is sweet! Such creative talent in those little fingers and time shared with love ones.

This whole story is absolutely awesome! Your granddaughter is precious, very dedicated, and creative. She did a wonderful job! It is really beyond words that she would want to give her first quilt to her teacher. That quilt will inspire that teacher from now on. Won't she feel loved!!

She has done a great job but I like the helper she has. Both are adorable...Or should I say all three counting the quilt...

How WONDERFUL!!! What a fabulous project. It's gorgeous. She should be very proud every time she sees it on her bed.

    The kitten is cute, too!
