    What does "Avatar" mean? The quilt is simply amazing! Did you hand or machine applique? I don't have the patients to hand applique plus the carpel tunnel and RA will not allow it. How big is the quilt? Am wanting to make a large queen for my bed but am having to do it a bit at a time. Will post it if I ever finish it. lol

    Avatar is the picture you see under the user's name. The quilt is a queen, hand appliqued.

    Thanks much for responding so soon. How long did it take to hand applique all those lovely flowers?

    How beaUUUUUUtiful and exquisite!!!!! You did a fantastic job on each square. I am completely blown away!!!!!
    Reminds me of what I tried to teach my children.... pay attention to the little thngs and the big things'll take care of themselves.

    This is so beautiful... I have not tried to do applique yet... but I see so many gourgeous quilts that are... it is a must learn...
