I had one used it a couple times and it broke. I prefer a small iron but then I don't do a lot of small applique and that is where I think it would come in handy but a little pricey for two uses.

I use mine all the time. They are so nice for applique. Just a hint. They do not initially get very hot. So plug it in and set it somewhere undisturbed and let it burn in for about 6 hours. Just turn it on and let it get hot. After that it will be very hot. They just are not very hot when you first get them.

I have one and I use it. It comes in very handy, so I don't burn the backs of my fingers {that tender area just below the finger nail!}when I pick up the pieces of fabric off the ironing board when pressing my seams.I like the one that has the different attachement.
