That is an amazing quilt!!! There are not enough adequate superlatives to describe how absolutely beautiful it is. The quilting and the piecing and the colors.. Wow. It's certain to win!!!

That is just awesome. You know I do like the quilt blocks a lot but Charisma, you made them come alive with the quilting you do on them. Great job to both of you.

Beautiful work Marie - the colours you chose are sooo striking and I love how you changed the applique and made it your own. And BTW I don't see a thing wrong with your piecing. Thank you for proving that a newcomer to paper piecing CAN make this pattern.

C your quilting is fantastic. Mine also has scrolls and feathers but done slightly differently and yours works a treat! It's such a joy to see another interpretation of my pattern. I loved dunster's version and I love this one too! I look forward to seeing more! :-D

    Thanks K!

I remember seeing your quilt when it was first posted..but didn't remember much about the quilting. I purposely don't look at other quilts because I don't want any pre-conceived ideas...

It is pretty fabulous to see everybody's interpretations.

    Marie,
    I didn't see any flaws!

You did a wonderful job piecing and constructing this quilt. STUNNING! I love all the fabric choices...and I appreciate the opportunity to quilt for you!

Now did she do all that herself or use a computer program. I told him you did it freehand. You are one very talented lady. That was my first attempt ever at paper piecing. You hid my flaws very well. Thank you so much.
