If you buy fabric on line and want to know the size of the print, you might try The Brick Sewing Room. I don't know if they have a regular web site or address, but they are on ebay with ID of thebricksewingroom. All of their fabrics are photographed with a penny laying on the fabric so you can tell the size of the print. I get MOST of my fabric from this couple and it is ALWAYS wonderful. They also offer free shipping with certain amounts of fabric. I have purchased probably 200 yards of fabric from them over a period of many years and have NEVER been dissatisfied or disappointed. The address they ship from is 5708 27th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105. You could probably write and ask them if they have a non-ebay site, if you want to.

I missed this one. I did a quick search for kaleidoscope quilts to see what would come up in replying to borntoquilt on my thread.
I'm glad I did because I got to see yours which is gorgeous. I love how you did your border.

For the boarder I would pull one of the bolder colors. Me being a red lover, that is the direction I would go. But the blue could be interesting to. OR do a small blue then a wider red/wine/burgundy (it's hard to tell which shade you have).

As far as quilting.... hmmm not sure. Maybe just a all over meandering.
I totally agree, you need something darker to frame it, and I am a red lover too. I also love multiple boarders so I too would do a small blue boarder first and then a larger red.
not sure how I would quilt it.
