I think they look great. If you have more of the orangey/peachy fabric that you used in this month's star, (or other fabric in that color line) you might want to use bits of it in future stars to pull it all together.

I hardly ever make a contribution of this sorts because people have dufferent tastes in colors and in what goes with what. That being said, I think if the maroon and the orange were the dark blue you would hae more continuity. I think the light blue would work as well.

Your stars are nicely done and maybe a few more stars down the road the orange and maroon could show up again and tie the whole thing together!

Thank you very much for your input - i agree and look forward to working on the next stars and using more of the maroon and orange. What do you think of January star? It makes me think of a cross!

Your floral fabric is the constant in all the stars and they gel just fine. Keep it up, you will be surprised by how well they will all go together in hte end. The orange is a great eye catcher and makes the othel colors stand up to be noticed.

I am absolutely no expert, but I think we all get ideas from each other so I'll throw in an opinion. I really like your floral base fabric but I wouldn't add any more different colors. I would use the maroon, peach, and dark green again to tie them together. All but one of your stars have white backgrounds so I would do a couple of others with a dark background. We aren't even half way yet so we all have plenty of time to make adjustments.

PS, I really like how you did the first star. Somehow didn't notice that the first time.

Thanks very much and i agree with you in regards to the orange. I imagine the further we get the more we will see the interlinking between the blocks as you said. Appreciate your feedback.

I think that they are beautiful. Just be sure to use the peach, purple/maroon and dark green (?blue) in future stars. You have 8 more stars to do to tie it all together.
