I was watching a cartoon on Nick this morning with my grandson. On the playground equipment in the cartoon I saw this really cool quilt design. I immediately thought of this thread.

When you're on a road trip and your husband pulls into the parking lot of a quilt shop you didn't even see! Yep, he did that. He's a keeper!!

Boy you are certainly one lucky lady. My husband would pretend he didn't see it and then pray I didn't either.

when your husband downloads a list of quilt and fabric shops onto the GPS just for you--because he knows how directionally challenged you are!

BTW, a lot of Don Cherry's jackets are made from curtaining material from Fabricland--a fabric store chain in Canada. I used several of the same fabrics when I was making beach bags for DD's destination wedding.

When your voluntarily spend hours pressing yards of fabric but you decide to wear a sweater so you don't have to iron your shirt.

When you spend hours embellishing your art quilt but you can't manage to sew on a button or close a hem.

You go to the quilting studio to iron a jacket to wear to church and while the iron is warming up you cut out a square of fabric for your next quilt block!
