How did you know?.... Have been trying different things for this purpose.. arms and top anyway...used towels cut to shape... but this looks fantastic.... Pattern available????

I had started a post quite awhile ago asking what people put on the backs of their chairs/couches to get ideas.
Looking forward to watching the tute. May I also ask to please post the yardage and measurements again in the tute.

Well, the one in my living room looked pretty grubby and needed a new outfit. So I quilted a couple of yards of fabric to a plain black backing then pinned and cut and sewed like making a slipcover but with binding around the edges. Came out pretty well. It tucks in at the back and sides...needs adjusting after DH and the dogs have wrestled around in it, but it goes in the wash and comes out clean!

Yours is a super duper job and I love it, I did some protectors for my new recliner, just simple rectangles but they work a treat, I made them from leftover fabric from the quilt I made, which is on the back. The foot rest cover is vital and I made 2 as they get washed more than the others.
