    Progress on Solar Flare....I have the applique pieces outlined. I went with a tropical rainbow thread...And I am still practicing the sun motif I want to quilt in the center area and in the borders...

    I think you did a very fine job on your first quilt. The colors are so pretty. I love batiks.
