You know the old saying, "No good deed goes unpunished!!" I bet you get another one or two to do next year. You are a miracle worker. Looks like you have ripped out and sewn the seams anew -- beautiful quilting.

This is a quilt from an elderly lady who is just a sweetheart, but her quilting is questionable. I quilt at least one quilt a year from her, well this year I have received two. I have to piece backs and do the first step of binding for her, she attaches to back. Anyway her quilts are always a challenge and she always ask for certain type of quilting, well today I decided I was gonna do a light custom to see if I could get the quilt to lay flat and hide all her little mistakes. I hope she will be happy with quilting. Please let me know what you think, the first two picks are how it looked before I started. thanks again for looking.
