Thankfully your were there to snatch it up and treat it as the treasure it is.
I think it is beautiful. And yes what ashame that lady did not appreciate the lovely handmade gift that was given to her.

Beautiful pattern. When you don't do the work you don't appreciate it at least some people don't. The hrs put into a quilt. Well you have it now so it will be cared for. Sue
