sorry, but this old dog needs some guidance. I take it, those tri rec's rulers are special rulers that need to be purchased. if you don't have them. right? better go google them, and see what they are. thx. regular tri angle rulers won't work. right, ?

Yes it is a speciality ruler, I think the deg is 63 rather than 60. It comes in two parts, the centre triangle, then the edge pieces. There is a great video link on Bonnies website showing you how to use them easily.

Yours is beautiful, you should be proud of yourself! I wanted to do that pattern too. So far all I have done this new year is cut scraps into (hopefully) usable pieces.
