I need HELP ! All my blocks are coming out too small :hunf: I measure twice, have checked my seam allowance and am getting SO frustrated Any other suggestions ?

They are finishing up at 12" I have adjusted as much as I think I can for the 1/4" and even leave a few extra so that is is a scant 1/4" I am getting so frustrated . On the other hand every month the person I get is getting two blocks as I send along the smaller one, so maybe they can use it elsewhere :lol: LOL
