    Yep! That's me too! My husband thinks shoes should be worn at all times unless he's in bed. But me and the kids? Ah! Unless we're going out or the weather is really bad (think emergency evacuation bad) we're usually barefoot. Besides, I find it easier to control the foot pedal without shoes.

    Barefoot - or socks if its really cold. My sewing room is in my basement so I usually have slippers on and 'slip' one off to sew and 'slip' it back on when I get up. I guess that's why they are called slippers! I also find it easier to find the foot control without shoes.
