Don't worry, it is from Judy Martin's log cabin book....it is not an original. I first saw this on a quilt by dunster here on the QB.....and fell totally in love! This is all scraps!

Oh, I sewed the whole thing together this past weekend. First did the rows across, then sewed every two rows, then groups 4, etc. It is done now....except for the border, but it is STILL on my livingroom floor. I'll have to take another photo. At first I was going to do a piano key border something like dunster's, but now looking at it I may just put a fairly thin deep colored border just to keep the light fabrics from fading out to nothing. I need a few more days to decide.

Let the quilt talk to you. I usually do that before finishing up. Sometimes it speaks loud and clear, other times it just mumbles...
