    I'm smiling......the Christmas spirit meter has just maxed out.......Tell your grandson he should be proud of him, because I am too.

    Patti, he sounds like a wonderful guy! You should be very proud of him. The world needs more people like your grandson.

    Here is the applique peacock feather I designed do you like it Robert if you dont think it goes with your vision thats fine. That is not the fabric for the background it was just a trial. The other one is my husband and my granddaughter catching snowflakes on our back deck.

    Im probably going to make the stitching around the feather a little closer so it wont frey.

    I need to tell you the story of her coat. My grandmother gave me a coat like that that she wore when she was a teenager then I wore it then my daughter wore it I still have it so Cabrynna can wear it but that one reminded me of it so I bought it when she was a baby. They arent real fur but its amazing its still in great shape and can be worn another generation.

    I just love the picture of trying to catch snowflakes with her tongue. The coat is great and it will probably end up as a wonderful memory for her as well as you. Merry Christmas!

    I am so very proud of him. Every time I think he can't do anything else, he surprises me. And his surprises always seem make someone elses life richer.
