Katybob, you're doing 2 of each. I'm impressed at how you're keeping up!

Here's my H-2 Jacob Anthony. I cheated on the outer border pieces. I was going to do them correctly but chickened out at the last minute because my inner section was skewed slightly and I was worried I would just make a big mess.

Cindy, no big deal. I started the one with Civil War fabric last summer and got through Row I and several triangles. So I only have to make two when I'm missing a triangle. I'm considering stopping on the CW one except for finishing the triangles and making a lap size. It'll be a lot easier to quilt and I'm not crazy about a lot of the CW fabric. I may redo H-2 using your method -- my Y seams really suck!

Well - I said I'd post more - and that was over 2 weeks ago

Wow - I salute those of you who are at the 1/2 way point. I
thought I was close, but still have a ways to go.

Here's a few more bird blocks:

WOWZA, everyone is doing so well & the blocks are fantastic! I have really fallen behind but does it count that I keep thinking about my DJ?? LOL
I'm transitioning into a new job (role) & this is eating up some time to say the least. But I do see the light at the end of this tunnel....so soon, I shall get back to my blocks.

Great blocks Cindy, Katybob, Gladys and Hexnut!

Dotty and Maureen, I look forward to seeing your blocks. I hope you can start sewing soon.

I'm on a set right now that has a lot of hand sewing. I enjoy handwork but I am faster on the machine. I'm basting the fabric to the C6 block now. I hope I can do a decent job EPPing those curves.

BR-3 This was a little tricky. I checked both thatquilt and aunt reen's sites and ended up altering the blocks myself so that it's all paper pieced, no applique.
