    wow, bluechic,
NICE! Hope I get one of yours in the exchange! That looks fantastic - and from idea to design to draft to done in just a few hours. Beautiful.

Since there are so many exchangers I am thinking of doing 2 - so I get a chance of getting most of your blocks - My second block set will be squares within squares 2 - this is the link http://www.quilterscache.com/S/Squar...res2Block.html

Piedmont, I go to the one in Asheboro, since it is closer to me. They have never had a large selection, but ok for some things. If they don't have anything decent, I will try to go to Mary Jo's Monday, but wanted to do them this week-end.

Blue, your blocks are beautiful! I have a book and CD on paper piecing, but haven't learned how yet. Wanted to work on the Doll quilt this week end also. Getting it hand quilted in the allotted time has me worried a little. I guess I can't start it until after the 28th. Have all my squares picked out that I want to do.

I am in the Middle of NC, about 45 min from Greensboro and 1 hr from Charlotte, Right in the middle of no where. It's nice here unless You need something in a hurry and then it is a pain. :D :D

Well I bought fabric yesterday, washed it last night, and this morning have done a test block. Its the wrong size, but what do people think of the colours?

Nice Block! love the piece that almost looks like a tweed, I think it gives it character.

Great blocks Blue and Sazu! They both look awesome! I'm still waiting for my fabric. Hopefully it will get here today so I can start!

I think I will do this block, if noone else has already taken it. I work in a fabric store as my second job, so today I will pick some b&w fabrics as I clean.
