You definitely need more light. Hope you get some soon....lol. My favorite picture was of those wonderful helpers. You must love to quilt with them by your side.

I have lots of lights in my room. I'll try to get some pics up here. But - all those lights make it SOOO HOT in there! I have a fan in there. (I suppose the iron is making a lot of that heat as well.) Can't turn the A/C up high enough to cool me in there or the rest of the house would be too cold!

i love seeing sewing rooms. i have 2 ceiling lights in my sewing room and still have a dark spot in there. i think i would like lights like on a runway lol .

That's all that I have too, just a corner of the bedroom, a tight squeeze. My fabrics are in a small storage room. So I am lucky for that, and it is next to my bedroom. I always envy the people who have the nice big rooms.
