Niagara Spray Starch
#12
Walmart also sells a starch that is for jeans and whites. It is the Faultless Maxx brand. I use it on dark fabrics and it does not flake at all. It sells at our Walmart for about $1.79 or so for a 20 fluid oz bottle. The bottle is dark navy blue with white shirt pictured on the front.

Forgot to say it is non aerosol. I also use the Faultless in black or navy bottle. Thought I would give this a try as a lady had reccomended it. My Walmart has just now started carrying the Niagara. I like to buy by the half gallons but not everybody carries it. You sure can't buy it by the box like my mom use to buy. I remember her cooking it on the stove. DS is a cowboy. I told him his jeans are so stiff they might hurt something he wants. I don't know how he can stand them that stiff. They will stand by themselves.

I used starch for the first time today. It was an aerosol Niagara from my mother's so don't know how old it is.
Insects???? Now I recall that hearing that which is why I bought the Mary Ellen's Best Press instead. I starched because the teacher said to starch before cutting and thought the Niagara would do better.
I don't plan to wash right after constructing so what's the chance I'd get insects in, let's say, 4 to 6 months?
