I used to make cat tunnels, and dog toys. You could buy a package of it at a craft store like Micheals. They packed up and left town, now I have no idea where one would buy it.
I think it is Sunchips, has a new Eco Freindly bag. That thing is NOISY and crinkles a lot. If I were going to use a bag it would be that one! Kids were playing with it, even with the chips still inside.

I make these for my grandsons using thr liner from cereal boxes. and even wadded some up to insert in the fabric blocks I made.

I did it with the wrap used for gift baskets. I aslo did some small toys made of clear vinyl with sparkles, beads and bells in them and then sewed the edges with bias tape. Kids liked them

i buy a roll of cellophane wrap at the dollar store. I can get a lot of small toys from one roll.
