I love binding! I actually do binding for two local women who hate it. :)

All the links you were given are good ones.

if you don' tfeel you can get the hang of doing one long binding with mitered corners, you can simply add binding to the sides and then the top and bottom individually. you just cut binding (i cut 2 1/2 inches and fold wrong sides together) make the cut at least 1 inch longer than the length of your quilt sides or top or bottom. fold over excess on each end of binding piece, fold together and lay on the top of your quilt, raw edges meeting. sew and flip to teh back and hand stitch down. (some sew by machine also).
many quilts are done this way, so don't fret too much. try it on one quilt top while you read up on doing mitered borders on binding.

The hardest part of binding is joining the two ends. I got The Binding Tool from the Missouri Star Quilt Company (I think it was $8) and watched their video tutorial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ex2Pa...layer_embedded)

Now every quilt I make has professional looking binding on it!

Glad you ask this question, I don't know how to bind either. Hope one of these video will help. I'm one of these that have to see it, to do it.

Ive tried all the different methods even glue but went back to using pins because I can see the stitch line under the binding as I go along. Pins can stick you but it does make for a more accurate sewing line when you do it by machine.
    I refuse to hand sew.
