    Someone posted a block yesterday done in only two colors and one a pastel batik. It was lovely.

    Why not? Have you ever seen anything in batik that isn't beautiful. Go for it. Can wait to see it done.

    Nancy from North Carolina gave a tutorial on a D9P in batiks a little while back. It was gorgeous. Sorry, I don't have the link.
