    I've never seen this pattern before. So off I went to find it.

    It's a great idea and layout, but of all the versions (see links below) I much prefer YOUR version. The fabrics really make the watch faces stand out. I'll bet you're husband really loves it. And not just because you made it. It's fabulous.

    I can see how it could be made into a really feminine quilt as well. Or one for kids. And watches could be added or removed to adjust the size of the quilt.
