Why do I keep getting "can't load server" when I try to go to the quilting board? I have cleared the cookies and I have saved the new board. Thanks so very much, Donna

I see that the last two "quite new" members are very happy. One doesn't miss what one has never had.

The last three "super" and "senior" members joined 7/10, 8/11, and 7/09....so all three had plenty of time to use the old board. Who are you seeing that you consider "quite new"? By comparision, I like the new board better, but I had no complaints about the old one either. Life is too short to be miserable.

bickering among ourselves isn't going to help. if it could, the world would have become a perfect place waaaaaaaaaaaaay back on 1 Nov 11.

there some conflicting truths at play here.

    1. It's true that for most of us the board works. Right now, there are 2,393 Users Online (598 members successfully logged in, plus 1,795 guests) 4,886 people - both members and guests - connected successfully to the board yesterday and either read or posted (or both).

    2. It's also true that some folks are having technical difficulties. Most of those difficulties can be explained and resolved by consulting the information provided in a variety of QB Help Center threads, and others seem to defy explanation.

There are some problems that will always be unique to the specific users. Those are not things that could be fixed by any changes to the board software.

mzzzquilts offered the best advice (as she so often does.)

send accurate, detailed information using the contact information & procedures above. screen shots that show the error messages are especially helpful to the technical team.

I am very sad. I find myself not using this board much anymore as it's frustrating to try and navigate. I loved this place. Now, not much at all. I miss the old board where I knew what I was doing and how to work it. Anyone care??

It sounds really frustrating. I remember that I had to clear out messages on the PMs. Maybe there is a limit of pics. I wish I knew.
Please do not feel offended, but the red color of your messages really hurts the eyes a lot.

I also always check the "Remember Me" box, but I still get kicked off also at times and have to log back in.
