    Peanut butter banana bread is good too!!

    I have a recipe that all my family & friends ask for.Hope you will like it also.
    Rockey
    Pineapple Banana Bread
    3 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    1 t.cinnamon
    3/4 t.salt
    1 cup nuts (I prefer pecans)
    1 cup coconut
    Mix dry ingredients in large bowl
    Combine wet ingredients, & stir into dry Ingredients
    judt until mixed.
    3 ggs
    1 cup oil
    2 cups mashed bananas, about 4
    8 oz.crushed pineapple, Drained
    2 t. Vanilla
    Pour in 2 greased large loaf pans
    Or 3 small ones
    Bake 350 degrees 1 hour to 1 hr.15 min.
    Cool inpans on rack
